Shipping Origin and International Logistics
To offer you the latest trends in men's fashion with the best quality-price ratio and maintain free shipping, we operate under a centralized distribution model. All our orders are managed, verified, and shipped from our international logistics center located in [YOUR WAREHOUSE COUNTRY/REGION].
Processing and Delivery Times
- Processing Time: All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Once payment is confirmed, the preparation, quality control, and packaging period at our warehouse is 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed during the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
- Estimated Transit Time (Peninsular Spain): Once the package leaves our logistics center, the estimated delivery time to the customer's address is 7 to 12 business days.
- Estimated Transit Time (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla): Once the package leaves our logistics center, the estimated delivery time to the customer's address is 10 to 15 business days.
Note on high demand periods: During sale seasons, special promotions, or international holidays, processing and customs transit times may experience slight delays beyond our control. We greatly appreciate your patience during these peak times.
Modifications and Cancellations
Since we work with an automated order preparation system to ensure rapid international dispatch, it is not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been processed. If you need to change delivery details or wish to cancel a purchase, please contact us immediately at soporte@damiancortes.com. If the package has already been processed, you will need to wait to receive the item at your address and initiate the standard return process.
This provision does not affect the right of withdrawal that European consumer regulations recognize for customers residing in Spain, which they may exercise under the terms described in our Refund Policy.

Once your package is handed over to the courier company, we will automatically send you an email with your tracking number. With this code, you can monitor the status and progress of your delivery in real-time through our website or local courier platforms.
